Refund & Replacement Policy
At Saltbox Coffee Co., we want you to be happy with every order.
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns of opened or used coffee.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
We will gladly replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, contain the wrong product, or experience a quality issue.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided during checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for replacement orders.
For packages marked as delivered but reported missing, or for issues caused by shipping carriers, we will review each situation individually and work with you toward a fair resolution.

We never require customers to return coffee products.
